Import Buyer Info
In the United States
• Buyers can import plant products into the USA without an import permit if they have fewer than 12 plants. If importing more than 12 plants, an import permit is required.
In the EU (European Union)
• We may or may not provide the phytosanitary certificate for you. To ship the plant with/without the phytosanitary certificate to your country will be the buyer's risk. We are not responsible for customs confiscation.
In Australia
• Importing plants into Australia can be difficult, buyers should check with the (AQIS) for the specific requirements. We are not responsible for customs confiscation.
In Canada
• We have an alternative option for buyers to choose express shipping service with our shipping agent. Our shipping agency will provide a buyer's import permit and tracking number. Also, buyers can combine many plants in 1 package and in 1 shipment. Generally, the shipping takes 5 to 8 Business days. Or you can choose to ship without the import permit. And its your own risk to import the plants
In Brazil and Mexico
• Your customs may be strict to import the plant to your country. You should contact your customs for the import permit before ordering. If you can’t provide us with an import permit, we will send it without a certificate. And we are not responsible for customs confiscation.
In Singapore
• Npark required buyers to have an import permit to bring plants into Singapore. Buyers can apply online with the phytosanitary certificate, and we will share the phytosanitary certificate with you after we ship it out from Thailand. The import permit fee costs SGD $11 for each consignment basic. Once the online application and fee are done before the plant arrives in Singapore. The Npark will release the plant and deliver it to your home.
